We consistently maintain a larger than usual support staff of talented and experienced Closing professionals who will work with the other parties involved in your Real Estate Closing to ensure the timeliness of your Closing. If we receive the lender’s Closing package by 2:00 P.M. on any given day, you will receive your HUD-1 Settlement Statement the same day. Should the Closing package reach our office after 2:00 P.M., you will have your HUD-1 Settlement Statement by noon the following day. Because we consistently maintain these standards, our operations run smoothly, making the Closing process easy for all parties involved. Understanding that your time is important, we place a premium on adhering to our daily Closing schedule so that your Closing will start on time.

Typical Closings proceed along a timeline involving:
- Pre-Closing
- Title is ordered and the closing is scheduled by the Realtor or Mortgage Lender
- A Title search is performed by an experienced title examiner
- The Title Report is received within one to three business days
- Title is reviewed by an attorney to identify any Title issues
- The parties are contacted for necessary information
- Closing
- The Mortgage Lender is contacted to coordinate receipt of the closing package of documents
- A preliminary HUD-1 settlement statement is prepared and sent to all parties for review
- The Closing is conducted by an experienced attorney
- Post-Closing
- The deed transferring title is recorded at the county courthouse
- Signed documents are returned to the Mortgage Lender
- The accounting of the file is balanced and checks are issued
