Prior to Closing, we will need from you:
- Names of all parties on the title to the Property
- Homeowners Association contact information, including contact name, address, and telephone number
- Payoff information including loan numbers, phone numbers and points of contact
- Copies of any relevant Corporate Documents showing who has the authority to sign at Closing
Please bring the following to your Closing:
- A Survey
- The Original Certificate of Occupancy
- The Original Termite Letter, along with the Soil Treatment Guarantee/Report
- Home Builders Warranty Information, if applicable
- Keys and/or Garage Door Openers to the property
- Copies of any relevant Corporate Documents showing who has the authority to sign at Closing
- Photo Identification
